- Their artwork anyway. The free piece is 6 cm only. If they want the 8 or 10 cm version, that's theirs to pay for.

- We do the rest.They order, we add their free piece and send yours with it. You never chase anyone.
The short version
- The free piece is added to any first order, whatever the size.
- One per order placed, unlimited number of referrals.
- We issue rewards after the parcel is delivered, not when it is paid for. This is why the programme exists and why it takes a couple of weeks.
- Referral rewards are the pieces we produce ourselves. Combined with the two-or-more saving, we apply whichever is larger — we never stack a referral piece on top of a discount you already had.
- One account per household. A code that rewards itself is a code we delete, without notice and without argument.
