We redraw it and send the full picture within 24 hours. Ask for changes, we'll redo it. This part is free.

Pay by PayPal or card once you're happy. We'll send you a payment link with your preview — nothing to set up an account for.

Packed flat in a rigid mailer, then shipped with tracking. You'll get the link the day it leaves.
What "10–18 days" actually means
Most of it is the post, not us. Here's the honest split.
How paying works
No checkout on this site, and that's deliberate.
We email you a payment link along with the drawing. It's a PayPal link or a card invoice — whichever you'd rather use.
PayPal and major cards both work. If you'd rather not open a PayPal account, the card option doesn't need one.
Payment receipt is our go-ahead. You'll get a photo of the finished piece and a tracking number the same week it leaves.
You're protected the whole way. Because payment runs through PayPal, you can open a dispute in your own account if a piece never arrives. That's a real option, not a promise — which is exactly why we don't ask anyone to pay by bank transfer or "friends and family", where you'd have no protection at all.
What we never ask for: card numbers, passwords, or payment to anyone who isn't us. If a message asks you for any of that, it's not us — message All links 1216156925@qq.com and we'll confirm.
What arrives
Three sizes, one cord, no nonsense.
Every charm is a clear acrylic disc with a black braided cord and a small jump ring, packed flat in a rigid mailer so nothing bends in the post.

Pay after the preview, not before.
Shipping is a flat $8 to anywhere in the world, and it's included in the total below — no surprise at checkout.

Bigger scenes are quoted. A full composition — your pet riding a motorcycle, in armour, on a bike of its own — gets priced on the drawing, and takes longer.
Every order includes a free digital preview, unlimited edits before we start, and a resend if your charm arrives damaged.

What we promise, and what we don't.
Free until you approve
You pay nothing for the preview or the revisions. If you never approve, there's no charge and no cancellation.
We tell you if a photo won't work
Blurry, dark, or a face hidden behind a hand — we'll say so and ask for another shot. Better than a bad surprise.
Resend if it arrives damaged
Acrylic is brittle and shipping isn't gentle. If it cracks or the print scuffs, we remake and resend at our cost.
What we can't promise
Every drawing is redrawn from scratch for each order, so tiny differences between previews and the finished piece are normal. Colours shift slightly with screen settings too — ask us for a photo of the actual piece before you order if that matters.
