Home / Fridge magnets
Couple fridge magnets,
made and finished here.
Drawn, printed and magnet-backed in the studio. Six centimetres for a fridge door, ten for reading across a kitchen or hanging on a bag. Every design below is one we have already printed — ask us for the one you want, or send a photo and we will draw your own.

- 10 cm · $45Reads across a kitchen

Real pieces, photographed on the studio bench. The couple designs are printed flat — sharp under kitchen light, and a fair bit cheaper. The two pet pieces in the last photo are relief versions, cut in layers so you can see how far they stand off the plate. Scroll the thumbnails for what we have already made; any of it can be remade with your own characters.
Size & price
Pick the size, then the finish.
Both sizes take the same drawing. Most people start with ceramic and come back for the acrylic one after they have seen how it looks. If you want depth, add it — the price goes up by $15.
| Ceramic · 6 cm | $35 — our most popular. Small enough for a fridge door, warm to the touch, photo printed then sealed |
|---|---|
| Acrylic · 10 cm | $45 — the larger piece. Reads clearly across a kitchen, and light enough to hang on a bag |
| Ceramic · 6 cm, built up in relief | $50 — the same image with 3 mm of depth built under it, so it throws a shadow when you tilt it |
| Acrylic · 10 cm, built up in relief | $65 — the largest piece we make, and the deepest. Only worth it if you want the texture |
| Drawing & depth map | Included in every price above — we redraw your photo in our own style and build the depth map from it. You are not paying twice for the same artwork |
| Add your own shape | Custom — a die-cut outline that follows your subject, priced on the drawing |
Order two and get a custom printed box. Free, and it is the version to send if it is going somewhere you care about how it arrives.
Shipping is $8 flat worldwide, already included. Magnets ship padded; the post doesn't treat them gently.
Why the relief costs more
How we make them.
Your photo is redrawn on a graphics tablet, then printed on ceramic or acrylic and sealed. Add relief and we build a depth map from the same drawing and print the image in stacked layers — the white ink between them has to go down and cure before the next one, which is why it costs more.
What you get
- Your photo redrawn in our own style — included, not an add-on
- Printed on ceramic or acrylic, then sealed
- A strong disc magnet fitted to the back
- Two or more arrive in a custom printed box
Which size, and when to add relief
Ceramic 6 cm is the one most people pick — small enough to sit on a fridge door without crowding it. Acrylic 10 cm reads from across a room and is light enough to hang on a bag. Relief adds 3 mm of depth under the image; worth it if you like touching it, pointless if you just want the face.
Which drawings work best
Portraits, clear silhouettes and anything with a strong outline. If your subject is very fuzzy, or the photo is dark or blurry, we will say so and ask for another rather than guess.
Will it hold on my fridge?
Yes on a standard steel fridge. It will not hold on glass, plastic, wood or stainless — those need a metal plate or the adhesive version. Tell us your surface and we'll advise before you order.
Send the photo first and see your own drawing before you decide. It takes 24 hours and costs nothing.
Real photos
The texture, up close.
Our own pieces. The shadow side is where the relief shows most — tilt it under a light and you'll see the depth.
Questions
The practical ones.
Standard steel fridges, yes — the magnet is strong. It will not hold on glass, plastic, wood or stainless steel. If yours is one of those, message us and we'll tell you what to do about it before you order.
Wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth. Don't soak it, don't put it in a dishwasher, and don't use alcohol sprays — they'll dull the matte seal.
Send it anyway and we'll tell you honestly. Very fine whiskers and background clutter lose definition once the layers build up, because each pass has to line up. If it won't read as a relief, we'll suggest a simpler crop or a portrait crop — your call.
No, it's home decor. Small parts and a strong magnet mean it shouldn't be handed to young children unsupervised.
24 hours for the preview, 4–6 days to make, then 6–12 days tracked. About two to three weeks end to end.
